The elf's rest is another personal turning point for me. Not in a technical perspective. I know how rough it is. But who cares? =)

Reverie

Dancing, like the act of drawing, painting, is a ritual of expression. Is it weird that I feel that visual art could as much dance and sing and speak and, and, everything? The limitations of a medium...perhaps we, the artist ourselves created that.

The human pursuance

Here's a 2010 resume.

Although 2010 is ending in like, 20 nanoseconds.

The long disappearance. I don't have an ounce of excuse to offer.

Some people call it time-wasting. I call it "searching".

So what have we (really) learnt so far?

Stick to your values. Straying away into materialistic make-do's will just deteriorate oneself.

Perhaps it can offer you a flicker of imposed satisfaction.

Fake feelings.

Fake values.

A fake of a fake.

"Plastic" isn't the right word, but it's the first word that comes to mind.

Here, now, I am, struggling. The war is a perpetual one; a life-long effort.

You're somewhere.

You're nowhere.

You're always a soldier of life. Your ammunitions will run low. Sooner than you think, they'll be gone. All your materialistic components, gone.

Nada.

Zero.

Soldier. Your values, are your best friends.

The Brainplode Stimuli is a portfolio update for the year 2010. Why? Cos I need a job now! HIRE ME! The Brainplode Stimuli is also the title I gave for the piece of artwork made in the purpose of becoming the portfolio's cover.

The Brainplode Stimuli

It is my first personal piece of work on canvas. It was fun. It was challenging. Just what I needed, an escape from the digital medium. Something more tangible. Something that exists in real space; that I would interact with, that I would confront. Something that is 'there'.

It was enlightening.

Don't get me wrong. I love digital. But it's just, two, varying, incomparable subjects. And I'm saying I need a bit of both.

All that, and, I. Need. A. Job. Spread the word people! Spread it like creep tumors!

Was doing some work before an inspiration surge struck me, leading me to this.
